StacoGate provides technology that helps merchants accept supported stablecoin payments and request supported payouts. These Terms explain the responsibilities of StacoGate and its users when using the service.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By creating a StacoGate account, accessing the merchant dashboard, using a StacoGate payment page or integration, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms and any policies expressly incorporated into them.
If you use StacoGate on behalf of a business or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use StacoGate.
2. Eligibility and account use
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and must provide accurate, current and complete account information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for activity performed through your account.
You must notify StacoGate promptly if you believe your account or credentials have been compromised.
Certain features, including live payment acceptance and payouts, may require successful identity or business verification before they become available.
3. The StacoGate service
StacoGate provides payment technology that can allow merchants to request and accept supported stablecoin payments, including through hosted checkout, Payment Links, WooCommerce and supported API integrations.
Depending on the merchant's settings and available features, supported funds may be kept in a StacoGate balance, routed to a configured crypto destination, or become eligible for a supported payout method.
Supported stablecoins, blockchain networks, store and invoice pricing currencies, countries, payout methods and other features may vary over time.
4. Merchant responsibilities
You are responsible for your own business and transactions, including:
- the goods, services, invoices or other obligations for which you request payment;
- the accuracy of prices, descriptions, customer communications, refund promises and tax treatment;
- complying with laws, licensing requirements, sanctions, consumer-protection rules and tax obligations applicable to you;
- ensuring that wallet addresses, bank details and other payout information you provide are accurate and controlled by you or an authorized recipient;
- keeping your StacoGate account and connected systems secure; and
- resolving disputes with your customers concerning the underlying goods or services.
5. Payments and blockchain transactions
Customers may be offered one or more supported stablecoins and networks. A payment is not considered complete merely because a transaction has been broadcast. StacoGate may wait for the required blockchain confirmation or other completion conditions before marking a payment as completed.
Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible after they are confirmed. StacoGate cannot guarantee recovery of funds sent to an incorrect address, on an unsupported network, using an unsupported token, or otherwise sent contrary to the payment instructions shown at checkout.
Underpayments, overpayments, late payments, duplicate payments or payments made after a quote expires may require additional processing and may not be treated as an ordinary completed payment.
6. Exchange rates and payment quotes
When a store, invoice or payment request is priced in a supported fiat currency, StacoGate may calculate the stablecoin amount using exchange-rate information available to the service.
Calculator examples and estimated conversions on public marketing pages are illustrative. The amount presented in an active StacoGate checkout or payment quote is the amount applicable to that quote, subject to its stated validity period and payment conditions.
Exchange rates can change quickly. StacoGate does not guarantee that a previous, indicative or third-party market rate will remain available.
7. Fees and subscriptions
Fees may apply to payment processing, subscriptions, crypto withdrawals, fiat or bank payouts, or other services. The applicable fees are disclosed through StacoGate's current pricing, merchant dashboard or relevant transaction flow.
You authorize StacoGate to deduct applicable fees from amounts processed or balances where the product flow provides for such deduction.
Pricing may change. Changes will apply prospectively after they become effective, subject to any notice required by applicable law.
8. StacoGate balances, withdrawals and payouts
Availability of local-bank payouts, crypto withdrawals and other payout methods depends on the destination, verification status, available providers, supported assets, limits and operational requirements.
A country being listed as a supported payout destination does not mean that every payout method, currency or provider is available for every merchant or transaction.
Minimum amounts, processing fees and operational review may apply. Estimated local-currency payout values are estimates until the payout is executed or otherwise confirmed.
Receiving banks, payment providers or intermediaries may apply their own conversion rates, deductions, compliance checks or fees. Those third-party charges are outside StacoGate's control.
9. Identity verification, AML and compliance
StacoGate may require identity, business, source-of-funds, transaction or other information before enabling or continuing certain features.
You agree to provide accurate information and supporting documents when reasonably requested. StacoGate may restrict, delay, reject or suspend a transaction, payout or account where required for verification, security, fraud prevention, sanctions screening, legal compliance or risk management.
Additional information about verification and compliance will be available on our AML / KYC page.
10. Prohibited use
You may not use StacoGate to:
- violate applicable law, sanctions or court orders;
- facilitate fraud, theft, scams, deceptive activity or money laundering;
- misrepresent your identity, business, products or transaction purpose;
- interfere with, probe, attack or bypass StacoGate security or access controls;
- use credentials or accounts you are not authorized to use;
- process transactions for prohibited or unlawfully supplied goods or services; or
- use StacoGate in a manner that exposes StacoGate, its providers or other users to unreasonable legal, security or financial risk.
StacoGate may maintain more detailed restricted-use rules as operational and regulatory needs evolve.
11. Third-party networks and service providers
StacoGate relies on third-party blockchain networks, infrastructure providers, exchange-rate sources, banking or payout providers, hosting services and other technical services.
We do not control the operation, availability, confirmation times, fees or policies of independent third parties. Their outages, delays, network congestion, rule changes or compliance requirements may affect StacoGate transactions.
12. Service availability and changes
StacoGate may add, remove, suspend or modify features, supported assets, networks, currencies, countries, providers, limits or technical requirements.
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, provider outages, blockchain conditions, security events or other circumstances may temporarily affect availability.
13. Suspension and termination
StacoGate may restrict or suspend access to all or part of the service if we reasonably believe it is necessary for security, fraud prevention, verification, legal compliance, non-payment of applicable charges, breach of these Terms or protection of StacoGate and its users.
You may stop using StacoGate at any time, subject to outstanding transactions, balances, fees, disputes or legal obligations that must still be resolved.
14. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StacoGate is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
StacoGate does not provide investment, tax, accounting or legal advice. Information about stablecoins, exchange rates, countries, currencies or payout methods is provided for product operation and general information and should not be treated as professional advice.

15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StacoGate will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity arising from or related to use of the service.
StacoGate is not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect merchant or customer instructions, compromised credentials, unsupported transfers, blockchain network behavior, third-party provider failures, or events outside StacoGate's reasonable control.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
16. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold StacoGate harmless from claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of StacoGate, your underlying goods or services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights.
17. Governing terms and future operating entity
StacoGate is the service name used in these Terms. The legal operating entity, registered address, governing law and dispute-resolution provisions may be updated when the StacoGate operating entity is formally established.
Until those details are published, nothing in these Terms should be interpreted as identifying a specific company or jurisdiction that has not been expressly stated by StacoGate.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as StacoGate develops, legal requirements change, or new products and providers are introduced. The current version will be published on this page with an updated date.
Continued use of StacoGate after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
