General #

What can I use StacoGate for? #
StacoGate lets freelancers, agencies, online stores and digital businesses accept USDT and USDC through payment links, invoices, WooCommerce or API-based payment flows.
What does StacoGate cost? #
The current pricing model is $10 per month after the first successful payment, with a 1.25% processing fee on payments. For payments settled to your StacoGate balance, StacoGate covers the blockchain forwarding fee when the payment is $10 equivalent or more. On smaller payments, the forwarding fee is deducted from the merchant settlement. For Direct to wallet payments, the forwarding fee is always deducted from the merchant settlement. Bank settlement currently costs 2.5% + $2, with a $100 equivalent minimum withdrawal.
What is the blockchain forwarding fee? #
The blockchain forwarding fee is the network cost of forwarding stablecoins after a customer payment. The amount depends on the stablecoin and blockchain network. StacoGate shows the estimated forwarding fee with each payment and indicates whether it was paid by the merchant or covered by StacoGate.
Which stablecoins are supported? #
StacoGate currently accepts USDT and USDC on supported networks.
Do I need a WooCommerce store? #
No. Payment links and invoices can be used without a website. WooCommerce and API integrations are additional ways to accept payments.
Do I need to complete identity verification (KYC) to use StacoGate? #
Yes. You can explore your dashboard before verification, but creating live payment links or accepting live payments requires your identity verification to be approved first.

WooCommerce #

How do I connect the StacoGate Payments plugin to my WooCommerce store? #
Install and activate the plugin, then go to WooCommerce → Settings → Payments → StacoGate and enter the Secret key and Webhook signing secret from your StacoGate dashboard. Read the WooCommerce setup guide.
What do I need before installing the WooCommerce plugin? #
WooCommerce 8.3 or newer, PHP 8.1 or newer, and an active StacoGate merchant account with API credentials.
Does the WooCommerce plugin process blockchain payments directly? #
No. StacoGate is the payment source of truth. The plugin only communicates with the StacoGate API and hosted checkout — it never handles wallet addresses or private keys.
How do I test my StacoGate connection in WooCommerce? #
Save your API credentials in the plugin settings, then use the Test saved connection button. A successful test shows your connected merchant, shop and environment.
Why did the StacoGate payment method disappear from my WooCommerce checkout? #
The plugin automatically hides the payment method at checkout if your Secret key is missing or invalid, rather than showing a broken payment option to customers. Re-check your connection settings and run a connection test.
Where can I find logs if a WooCommerce payment fails? #
Turn on Debug logging in the plugin settings, reproduce the issue, then check WooCommerce → Status → Logs for entries related to StacoGate.

Payouts #

Can I withdraw directly to my local bank account? #
Local-bank payout is available in supported countries. Availability depends on your verification status and the payout method offered for your destination.
What is the minimum withdrawal amount? #
The current minimum bank withdrawal is $100 equivalent. Crypto withdrawals have their own minimum, checked at the time of your withdrawal request.
Can I keep my balance in stablecoins instead of withdrawing to fiat? #
Yes. You can choose to withdraw as stablecoins to a crypto destination instead of converting to your local currency.
Are crypto and fiat withdrawal fees the same? #
No. Crypto withdrawals use a fixed fee only, while fiat (bank) withdrawals use a percentage-based fee plus a fixed fee. Read the Payouts guide.
Which countries are supported for local-bank payouts? #
Coverage depends on the payout routes available for your country. See the full list on the supported countries page.
