Start accepting payments

Send a link.
Get paid in stablecoins.

Request payments for invoices, freelance work and custom orders. Create a link, share it with your customer, and let them pay in USDT or USDC on a supported network. No website integration needed.

From payment request to checkout

Keep your usual conversations with customers. Share a payment link whenever you are ready to request payment.

1

Create your request

Choose an active shop or payment profile. Add a title and amount in a supported pricing currency, such as USD or EUR. Include a description or invoice if needed.

2

Share the link

Copy the public payment URL and send it by email, WhatsApp, chat or social media, or include it with an invoice.

3

Your customer pays

Your customer reviews the request and opens StacoGate checkout to select a supported stablecoin and network. Track successful payments in your dashboard.

A payment option beyond the storefront

Useful when a sale starts with a conversation rather than a shopping cart.

Freelancers and agencies

Request payment for a project, service or agreed milestone from clients who want to pay in stablecoins.

Invoices and custom orders

Attach an existing invoice and send a payment request for a tailored order, without building an online checkout.

One-time requests

A one-time link stops accepting payments after its first successful payment. Set an optional expiry when you create it.

Repeat payments

A reusable link accepts multiple payments until it expires or is disabled. Customers initiate each payment themselves.

Clear for you and your customer

Your customer sees your business or shop name, payment title, amount, description and any attachment. Your private dashboard stays private.

Price in fiat. Accept stablecoins. The amount can be priced in a supported currency. Your customer pays the stablecoin amount shown at checkout using the selected network.

Track every link

See each link's amount, reference, status, successful payment count and last-paid time from the Payment Links dashboard.

One-time links become Completed after a successful payment. Expired links and links tied to inactive shops cannot accept new payments.

Before your first live link

Verify your email, complete identity verification and set up at least one active shop or payment profile. Approved identity verification is required to create live links.

Your chosen profile controls the supported stablecoins, networks and settlement settings. Check local-bank payout availability for your business before getting started.

Fees and settlement

Payment Links use the settlement settings of your chosen shop or payment profile.

For settlement to your StacoGate balance, you can request local-bank withdrawal where supported. Direct-to-wallet settlement sends funds to the configured wallet.

Processing and blockchain forwarding fees can apply. Your completed payment record shows the fees and final credited or forwarded amount.

Payment Links FAQ

What to know before sending your first request.

Do I need a website or WooCommerce store?

No. Create a payment link in your StacoGate merchant dashboard and share it directly with your customer. No coding or store integration is required.

Does my customer need a StacoGate account?

No. Your customer needs a wallet with a supported stablecoin on a supported network. They open your link and follow the hosted checkout instructions.

Can customers pay by card or bank transfer?

Payment Links request stablecoin payments. Your customer pays with a supported stablecoin, not a card or bank transfer. The currency you price the request in is separate from the asset used to pay.

Can I reuse a payment link?

Yes. Choose Reusable when creating the link. A One-time link stops accepting payments after its first successful payment. Reusable links request a new payment each time; they do not automatically charge a subscription.

Can I attach an invoice?

Yes. Attach a PDF, JPG or PNG file up to 5 MB. Anyone with the payment link can view the attachment, so include only information intended for the recipient.

Can I change the amount or expiry later?

Not currently. The title, amount and expiry are set when you create the link. Create a new link if these details need to change.

Can I withdraw to my local bank?

Local-bank withdrawal is available where supported, subject to verification and payout availability. Check supported destinations before getting started.
